𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞/𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞: I have a 15-minute grace period. After you are 15 mins late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be none refundable. If you no call/no show you will be banned from booking and a 20 % fee will be charged to the card on file. ( the deposit isn’t include in the fee ) 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: if you need to reschedule please do so 24 hours before, If you cancel after the 24 hour notice your deposit will be none refundable and a new deposit will have to be used to rebook. I understand emergency's happen but please value my time as I value yours. 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: Extra guests are not allowed * The only acceptation is it you're a minor then a Parent/guardian is able to sit in * 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: For your health and safety, I do not work on damaged/infected nails. 𝐀𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks. -Anything past the 2-3 weeks mark would need to be soaked off and a full set is required. • I only do 2 fills then a full set is required. * 𝐒𝐨𝐚𝐤-𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐬: • If you need a soak-off, please schedule it in advance. If it's not booked ahead of time, you may be asked to reschedule. • I do not work on other people's work * ( no foreign fills) 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨: • 72 hour nail fix free of charge • 2 or more broken nails will be charged as a full set. 𝐒𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧:If you're feeling sick, I ask that you please reschedule.
